Guiding Clients Through Complexity:
Minneapolis Litigation Attorneys For Individuals And Businesses

Faricy Law Firm, P.A., is a boutique Minnesota law firm committed to providing high-quality legal services to individuals, small businesses and major corporations across the state. We focus our practice on niche legal issues such as insurance coverage and recovery for businesses, and we have extensive experience litigating these complex cases throughout the U.S.

Our areas of practice include representing business owners and shareholders in litigation, obtaining recovery for clients in denied business insurance claims and representing individuals who wish to file a product liability claim. We also handle employee claims of illegal activity and cases involving for-profit college fraud.

We serve clients across the state of Minnesota, including Hennepin County, Ramsey County, Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Attorney John H. Faricy Jr.

Mr. John H. Faricy Jr. is a nationally recognized complex insurance recovery and business litigator who seeks justice for his clients.  John and his firm have extensive experience in large cases including the recovery of billions of dollars of insurance assets in the asbestos arena.

A New York Federal District Court Judge appointed him a Subclass Representative in the epic Johns-Manville class action finding that “Mr. Faricy has skillfully and tenaciously asserted [his clients’] interests throughout this litigation.”  In that case he obtained the 10 million dollar "war chest" that was parlayed into a multi-billion dollar insurance recovery.

Mr. Faricy represents individual and corporate policyholders in obtaining disputed insurance coverage. He is listed in the Marquis editions of Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World.  In 2005 Mr. Faricy was named as “Attorney of the Year” by Minnesota Lawyer.

In his personal life, Mr. Faricy enjoys a deep involvement in a variety of important community and philanthropic activities, and currently chairs the Board of the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center
