More children being injured by falling televisions

Television can be hazardous to your children's health. No, we are not speaking about their mental health and that watching too many hours of junky television shows will turn their brains into mush. No, we mean their physical health. A recent study has found that 17,000 children are injured in the U.S. every year by televisions falling on them.

A shower of M&Ms isn't as pleasant as one might think

Standing beneath a rainfall of chocolate, candy-coated M&Ms sounds like a dream. The image comes straight out of a commercial where a person is shown twirling around with their face to the sky while they are showered in little rainbow drops of candy color.

Whole Foods Recalls Cheese for Possible Listeria Contamination

Most everyone knows that good cheese gets its color and flavor from various biological processes, some of which involve the interaction of milk proteins with bacteria. It has to be a particular type of bacteria, though, and definitely not one that has the potential to kill. Like Listeria, for instance, which is exactly what turned up in several Whole Foods-supplied cheeses, prompting a recall of the cheeses from Whole Foods stores in 30 states and Washington, D.C.
